faster until when? Oh yeah, you crashed, after half a lap. And got the session red flagged. Surely that wouldve meant my average speed was much higher than yours over the course of the (much reduced thanks to someone crashing) session, making me much faster.....

At least the first time when you span you managed to gather it up enough to not red flag the session.....

Mustve been a different trackday, cos I remember you doing the outlap (maybe another lap in between) then flying off the track on the first corner of the next lap so 2 laps tops......

And 5 seconds wouldve meant me not being able to see as you flew off the track (which I could) as you, how did you put it....ah yes...ran out of talent.....

That'll make me the winner than unless you know any 1 lap race series?

(don't worry mate, I know you want to be like me really, you'll get there one day)

Once i've been around donnington as many times as you (what, must be at least 10?) and have been driving mr2's as long as you (probably since i was still in nappies?) i'm sure i'll stay on track as much as you.

5 seconds you could have seen me from the back of the SF straight.

You wouldve known your way round the track by then!

Plus you keep mentioning the 1 lap you were driving beyond yourself and was quicker than me, but you keep failing to mention the rest of the day where you were decidedly behind, and even span off trying to keep up, in the rain, in a better car with much better tyres.....

Oh, and I could see you wobble off at Redgate, had a great view, PLUS, if you had written the report in the mag is wouldve read 'trackday report from Jonb with his mate skinthespin', so top being bitter!

Your right, you were faster in the rain on worse tyres but we both know my issues.

Only way to settle this is doing another trackday together! Name a venue and date and i'll be there.

You both looked fast out there from where we were standing, and shaming cars five times the value! infact as you will see from the photos in issue two, everytime you come down the start/finish straight you are pushing something!

Issue two of MR2 Only Magazine should be on doorsteps Wednesday/Thurs all being well!

MR2 Only Mag issue two is officially available! Im surrounded by boxes and boxes of them, and it is now being dispatched to subscribers as we speak, so you may even get them tomorrow, latest Wednesday.

Looks great, I want to put my calender up on the wall now !
