Ok... Now you've done that, you usually have to SEAL the edge of the cut hole - or moisture creeps in affecting the EL material.
Test the thing still lights up first, as you may have created tiny short circuits at the edge of the cut hole. A Hole punch isn't the sharpest thing out there.

'Cut Sheet' EL I've seen in the past has suggested using clear nail-varnish, though I have no way of telling if that is suitable for SpeedHut material

Cheers for the heads up on that Paul, may have to dig out my nail varnish to be super safe :whistle: Will probably take apart the dash anyway to have a 2nd attempt at gluing some dial rings in place ](*,)

Well I emailed Speedhut on the 14th and again on the 20th, still no reply - I have to say - pee poor customer service once you've handed over your money :-k
