[Mk2] [NA] How to chane coolant???

Ive search high and low on this forum (im sure there will be a thread or article somewhere) but cant find a guide for how to change the coolant.

Ive found this on bleeding http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/kb.php?mode=article&k=38

Can anyone help? im sure it cant be hard but as the rad and engine are at opposate ends of the im not sure how this would affect it.

Gotta get it done this weekend before the cold comes, any help appreciated :D
