MK1 Import NA

Post by mr2mk1chick »

(THIS IS NOT MY CAR: A MK1 CLUB MEMEBER IS DESPARATE TO GET RID, AND IS NOT ONLINE. I know nothing much about the car, and have no connection to the car - They asked me to post on thier behalf)

Rare Import NA
 I have a white mr2 aw11 auto ECTS jap import (1986)
I have advertised it on the mr2 website and had a few calls but no sale.

I am offering this car to anyone as it must go. I have put a full mot on it and am open to any offers as I have no room for it any longer.

If you may know anyone that may be interested please pass on my details:

Jo, I know you said you dont know the car, but do you know whether it has the sc rear lights?

It'll have the JDM rear lights, so yes the same as the SC.

That car looks fantastic!! Always wanted a tin top, but things like this always come along when you are least able to afford them. :x

 Already put aside £700 for an ECU, I think I've cleaned out my 'car' budget for the rest of the year. :(

It would have to be converted to manual though (and V6).

Jo, As above, I know this isn't yours, but do you have any idea what the mileage is?

Cheers,

Max

The guy seems very genuine. Mileage is approx 80k I believe. Unfortunately has been in since '96 so the tin worm is just starting on the exterior which might point to there being more underneath (though unfair for me to say that this is definitely the case without seeing it). Looks like it'll need an exhaust before long I have to say. He wants a minimum of £750 which, to me, still seems a little pricey - yes it's a tin top but it's also an auto.

HTH someone.

Just to add, no SC-style lights. Pretty much the same as UK lights, with a round reflector.

Your best bet is to phone the telephone number on the first post by Jo (mk1mr2chick)
