just bought these Advan 15' alloys, there 6.5j, will my 195/55/15 front and 225/50/15 tyres fit ok? is 225 to big for the rears????
my tyres are only new so really really want to get some use from them.

225's will be a little large for 6.5's, ideally you should be looking at 195 or 205's on that size rim, but that won't suit the MR2

Are all 4 the same or do the rear have more offset, if not you'll need spacers to fill the arches.

yeah i'll need spacers, but they were very cheap so i dont mind.

i know 225 is't ideal for them, but do you think i could get away with using them (safely)?

They will go on, but when you turn in to a corner you will notice a small amount of movement as the tyre wall leans.

would you notice that from the back?
fronts are 195 so they should be grand.

wouldnt try 225's.

it will wallow a hell of a lot, personal experience. can be dangerous too.
