Homemade instructions for quad light mod???

Post by 2Crooky »

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone has any guidelines or instructions for a quad rear light conversion, as you all know as standard the rev3+ turbo's have one brake light each side which also act as the rear lights, how do i get all 4 to light up when i turn me lights on and all 4 to light up when i brake????? As well as keeping the inner 2 fog lights working??

What parts

What tools

Guidlines or instructions??

Any help would be appreciated :thumright:

Have a search in the electrical forum, there are a few different ways of doing it.

I used the method devised by Peter @ sBits, works great.

Hmmm, actually, I don't think that is the standard configuration - normally fogs aren't built into it at all because they don't have them in Japland. The brake lights should occupy all 4 lights too. So sounds like the car's had some work done already which makes things a little easier, not that they were very difficult anyway. I think it just needs the 2 new dual filament bulbs to replace the fog bulbs, and connect it all up.
