MR2 Only Magazine issue two out now

We have some more excellent entries to update, next week will try and get our heads around the simplest way of voting, bearing in mind that the entries are from various MR2 clubs from around the world, and are excellent, hence the reason for the vote, we couldnt possibly choose 12 ourselves!

Keep em coming guys, some excellent cars, excellent photography and some future feature cars lurking in amongst them im sure!

We got some great photos at Santa Pod this weekend, together with the track action, and our write up will be in issue two, out end of November.

Great to meet some of you guys, met some new faces, and spotted some potential future feature cars.

The mag seems to have taken off in Europe now, to the point where we now have a distributor in Holland!

We also have received our photos and reports from our Man in Japan, of the mountain meet this weekend, some awesome cars and another exciting write up for issue two, lots of great stuff coming.

Lots of people still dont know about the mag, after chatting with owners at Pod, and some are thinking we are another owners club, this is a dedicated magazine encompassing the MR2 community worldwide as a whole!

MR2 Only Magazine will also be covering this Sundays London run, if we can get something special enough, the photos might even make our issue two front cover, with a little help from Vanilla Coffee, also on the cover will be a rather bright mk1 feature car!

Oh my god! is all I can say, just spent two hours downloading the photos our man in Japan sent me from this weekends Jap Mountain meet, some excellent photos that will impress you guys, if im not mistaken some authentic widebody TRDs and an impressive wide body roadster, lots of wicked styling, will be a 4/5 page feature in issue two of the mag.

Unfortunately im not allowed to post any pics as I promised him I wouldnt until after the mag is out end of November, he is not even posting them on his own forum

He is also arranging an interview with Border Racing and TOMS for future issues of the mag, very good contact for us, we are loving the Jap scene!

Woo hoo! yep our Man in Japan just confirmed that the white and Black wide body MR2s that will be featured in our next issue, in the Japanese mountain meet are authentic TRDs custom ordered from the factory, look awesome!

Had an email from the guy who owned the red mk1 v6 featured in issue one of MR2 Only Magazine today, its a credit to all the hard work the MR2 Only team put in on issue one, makes it all feel worth while:-

Just a quick update, MR2 Only has'nt disappeared, it seems we are victims of our own success, and are constantly exceeding our bandwidth to the point where we have outgrown our web hosting package, so its on the move again, and should resume soon.

Issue two is now well underway with more amazing MR2 feature cars, mk1, mk2 and roadsters, report and photo coverage of Mr2 London run event, Santa Pod weekend, Japanese mountain meet where our man in Japan saw two authentic TRD2000GTs and a quite special wide body MR-S, lots more technical stuff, and hopefully another rolling road report from Wigan.

We have been working on the production of issue two of MR2 Only Magazine over the last few days, got to say theres some amazing stuff shoehorned in there, feature cars from UK, US and Europe, and the recent events, as well as some great technical stuff.

We are taking subscriptions now, so if you have already had issue one, please make it clear when ordering!

Issue two is being mailed out 1st week of December.

We are 90% certain that we will have our exclusive Border Racing interview in issue two from Japan.

Also this is the last week of calender contender entries, so email them in to [email protected], next week we will be setting up a vote.
