Phew!!! just got back in from the London run, me and Anna really enjoyed it, saw more of London than I ever have! great organisation Antstarr, and thanks for inviting us along.

The look of shock on London folks faces as we weaved our way around the capital! awesome!

Nice to see some familiar faces, and some Ive not met before, great turnout and some great fun, despite the traffic and our splinter group getting lost!

Got lots of great photos which I will be putting on www.mr2only.com probably tomorrow evening, and thanks to Vanilla Coffee for offering to help with some photos for the mag, if we have something special enought, who knows, it could make front cover! anyways, theres going to be a full article in MR2 Only Mag issue two out 1st week of Dec, so if anyone has anything to add, or any comments please email [email protected]

Just got home as well, and just wanted to say thanks for a great day out Ant! Given the chaos that seems to be London Traffic, you managed it well, and planned out a nice route! (I still managed to get lost/separated/cause traffic jams on several occassions though!)

Too many cameras though - of the not so nice kind. The expensive for your insurance kind. But I guess that's London. Shan't be driving there again anytime soon...

Tell you what, seeing and hearing people's reactions (particularly while on Picadilly Circus and Tower Bridge) was really sweet. Especially for a standard, fully stock car. I heard one person say "Must be the Toyota Sportscar Users club or something" which I had a bit of a chuckle at - owners at least, rather than 'users'! A lot of kids and Japanese tourists seemed to love the cars too!

I was also surprised at the attention I got whenever we stopped - I guess being one of only three Mk1s helped (and only one of the two that still looked like a Mk1! ) but I must've seemed quite out of place when we were moving as it was just a sea of Mk2s. I know there was something else on for the Mk1s, but hopefully there'll be more support from them next time!

Despite all of the odds.....(London Traffic!) lol it turned out to be a great thanks largely to the efforts Antstarr who managed to keep everyone together through out the day, hats off to you Sir =D>
