basically it was in a residents bay but a single yellow line runs right the way through it.
(free parking on single yellows). and the dashed white line indicating it was a residents bay was not visible where i was parked i.e. it was broken. it was an area of road that had been dug up previously and no-one bothered to repaint the white lines. hence why i failed to see it was a residents space. jus wanted to know if i got a case and whether its worth appealing or not??
