Why not have sections for Named and shamed dealers. This way, the guys and guys will know where (not) to go. It works very well.NAMED/SHAMED

This existed of a sort on the old IMOC with a point scoring system.
I remember there being some trouble though because someone put something like'XXXXXX dealer is complete s***', and the dealer saw it and wasn't happy 
I liked the point scoring.
