Hell that's a crime Ens :(

Have only ever used optimax so dont know any thing else so it was optimax plus octane boost for the odd required spirited drive so now it will be V-Power plus octane boost for that other spirited drive.lol

How come the V-POWER costs less said earlier,1p?
Some promotion next week maybe 10 p more..lol
Then the goverment will put it up as expected some time.

The guy behind the counter (who i always have a chat with) couldnt stress enough that its 99ron

Good news, just drove around the corner from work in the gf's car as needed some fuel. Was told there was a oetrol station just around the corner here. Turns out it is a shell one lol.

Has Vpower plastered all over the place. But pumps still have optimax labels? :-k

It was 98.9 at the petrol station near work. But like I said the pump still had optimax on it but everywhere else in the petrol station had v power.

Any ideas if I use it whether it will be optimax or vpower? Could ask at the petrol station I guess.

Just filled up with tesco's 99ron and it was 95.9! \:D/

Any decent mathematicians out there that can work out whether or not the extra mileage from vpower makes it worth the extra 3p a litre?

You probs need more info. I do about 250 miles a tank on tesco's.

Someone got figures on there vpower useage yet?

Been getting 235-240 miles on 3/4 tank of V-power which is just slightly more than optimax. Only 96.9p too in Sheffield :D
