rev1 with ct20b,mines ecu,hks intercooler,decat, nurspec

my car was well down in power until recently when i replaced the ebc with a mbc. this made a great difference with a whole lot more power on my ct26 turbo.
since then i have got a ct20b and am ready to fit it anytime now.
what difference should i expect and what am i safe to run at with all standard internals?
i am currently runnin 1bar boost with no problems.
should i make any other upgrades when i'm at this?
i have an hks intercooler here which i am in 2 minds wheter to keep or sell. wat benefit would this have?
ALSO WAT POWER SHOULD I EXPECT?

keep the intercooler. you will really notice the difference above 1 bar.
