Red T-BAR NA parked in a drive in Medway Village, Perivale, West London.

The car's an import, looks clean, had the side stripes colour coded and hasn't moved in weeks.

No it's definitely Q. It stands for Questionable origin apparently and is given to cars that cannot have their origins traced. Maybe the car is a rebuild or the correct year of manufacture can't be established.

I though the V reg mean when it being register rather than bulid, therefor you can have a car build on 94 but register on 2003 as the first owner, (rare but possible) how ever DVLA usually pick the import date as the registion date, because I dont think they care about import

there's a Pulsar gti-r floating about somewhere on an R-plate, think it can just happen sometimes.

BTW, the Pulsar's used as a learners car by a driving instructor! All I got to learn in was a bloody 1.0 litre saxo!
