Hey I purchased a Sony DVD player from pixmania.com, there customer service has been soooo bad, thought I give others a warning;
1st;
I paid for special delivery which took over 4 days, when it is meant to take maximum 2!
2nd;
The product as faulty so I had to send it back, and they have decided to take over 4 weeks to agree that the product is faulty, they did ignored more than 5 emails I sent them and their help line hangs up on you after a couple of minutes, so you have to redail and hope someone will answer after 30 minutes!
Now 6 weeks into my intial purchase I am still waiting for an exchange, I was going to get a refund, but I gave up calling their help line to do so!!!
Bought off them a number of times as part of the supply chain management service for who I work for, no wonder my customers dont want to deal with them.
All products are European and most of the stuff we've received has had Euro AC Adaptors/Plugs, European Manuals or been reboxed used equipment.
Needless to say, we dont buy off them anymore either - very very hit and miss service they offer, but we have had such a nightmare with them, we decided the minuses far outway the pluses of dealing with them.
