Rev 1 suspension

Just looking at lowering a rev1 n/a by about ½” without affecting the ride. How much shorter do rev 1 front and rear springs have to be to lower the car by ½”?
The road springs on Rev 2 onwards n/a’s were slightly shorter than Rev 1’s but were made stiffer I think. Does anyone know what the front and rear spring rates are for each type please?
