I am pretty sure the glass will be bonded onto the housing so doubt you'll be able to separate it 
You'll have to see - although the foggy one may just need a good scrub?...... if you can get to the surface via the bulb holder hole that is!!
To remove the fogs, there are 2 screws at the top/side(I think!!), and you just need to unscrew them with a crosshead.
But DO NOT touch the screws at the bottom as they are the beam alignment adjustment screws 
- I made that error once

Actually, I didn't find removing mine a problem unlike the linked post??
Maybe its different for my rev4 than for yours??

I have had ago at the two top screws, but one side seems to have a cable tie holding it on, and the other is rusted solid. I'll soak it all week in WD40 and hopefully it will come off next weekend. Why does it need to be so complicated ??
