I upgraded the turbo on my 91 and took it for a drive at moderate boost about 10 psi and the adapter plate hot side of turbo were glowing slightly red, air fuel was good but it ddint pull like it should
any ideas?

Mines running rich and i've had the stock ct20b glowing red, i'd probably not worry too much about it.
