Hi Gord...c'mon then spill the beans....how the hell you got hold of this car...and for how much....
I know you said you want to keep the car has standard as possible....but how can a trd be standard...its like a contradiction...
any how....get the rev3 rear lights on and a twin cans exhaust on the rear...and it will look even better....just my 2 pence worth.....
got any interior pics....and engine pics.....
top car.....let me know when you thinking of selling....
cheers carl...........

Thanks for comments guys..

How did i get hold of it! Pure chance lol! Put my supra up for sale.. few days later iv agreeded a deal on her.... price wise depends what you valued my supra at :P

I know what you are saying..id consider starting to develop the engine further but make sure all the lil TRD touches stay the same lol.

Yep lights are a good option.. although not sure on how ill get around the reversing lamps..as i just have a blank plate now lol..

Yep im looking at sorting the exhausts.. the the cans dont do a thing for me.. does anyone know of any more jap style cans are available for the MRD kit.. i have looked at universal back boxes but they are all too long lol..only one i can find that may fit is a Rage one but hmm not sure i want to go there!

Ill get the engine and interior minted up and get some pics slapped up..

If you made me the right offer i may consider selling.. pm me if you want lol..

Steve..thanks for the comments... yer have to say theres a lack of even MR2s around me let alone TRDs lol.

Ill get some more pics up soon folks

Gord you sly fox! I must have missed the thread on the Supra forum that mentioned this - nicely done!

I'll really have to make the effort to get up there and see you now :)

My understanding is you could convert any revision car via the official channels...

I'm still not 100% on the lakes run, I might be there, I might not... it's a tricky weekend for me :(

I'll make the effort to see it at some point though :)

So did TRD have revisions for the TRD2000 then? I just thought they all came of the production line together :-k . Sorry for the questions just a bit curious. U know what that did to the cat

No the customer supplied the car - which was then converted. Hence it could've been new off the production line or an older model. *As far as I know*.

Yep T is spot on... 35 kits were officially produced for the whole world and most of them were kept for the JDM market.. a few lucky people over there had their cars sent back to TRD for the conversion, all conversion work was done to the customers spec. hence varying engine outputs.

Mine must have been kept under covers before the conversion was done.. as it had done very few miles before the conversion..

Thanks
