Any mechanics that can fix my ABS in South London?

My ABS light is permanently on. I tried to check for error codes, btu gave up pretty quickly after taking the glove compartment out and not knowing what to do after that...

Can anyone reccomend and garage that knows what their doing?

I went to Mr T who said they would charge £117.50 just to look at it :shock:

They also said that this labour rate was higher than their standard rate as it was an import - are they allowed to do this?

is it purely the light thats on?

No negative effects on the operation of the ABS?

You dont check for error codes by taking out the glove box?!

Well the ABS doesn't work either. I was thinking of just taking the bulb out but I really wanted to get it sorted out.

And I thought the ABS ECU was on top of the glove compartment - did I get something wrong?
