TOTB, first one back?

Post by mr2nut123 »

Amazing day. Left a bit early, which cars won the different events? That 1000bhp+ supra was MAD! 161mph i saw it do in a quarter mile. If he got that power down in 1st and 2nd  Some awesome mr2s there. The Rogue one was cool. Made that lamborghini look stupid lol. Was that purple TRD2000GT the original or a replica? Only problem is......

waiting for the next one :(

The TRD is the genuine article my friend. You can stick your Lambo and Aston. Toni's TRD was very probably the most "exotic" car participating. =D>

that Lambo and Aston looked like they were hired for the day - someone told me it was a possibility looking at the numberplates... and might well have been as it was parked up later at a drive through MC'd's.. honestly

they guy who turned up in it looked like Uri Geller - i was so temped to find a spoon and go over and ask if he "wouldn't mind ?".... (holding out the spoon to him and waiting to see if i got a reaction.) :eye:

I know Dave (Redeye) got a cracking photo of it.... it was parked up next to Team IMOC and in the pic there was a hoard of people .... all around the MR2 next to it with no-one bothering about the Lambo =D>

"Supercar ?.. what supercar ?... oh that !... no thanks.. now back to this here MR2..."

Frank, Toni's TRD is more of a supercar than that Italian pile of cr@p will ever be.

LOL you guys. I do have plans to use that 700bhp rated turbo to it's best use though I have to tell you.

I'd like to thank ROGUE MOTORSPORT who built a stunning tuning package up for me which is going to take me several months to catch up on in terms of driver ability. They also completely supported my car, Mike's and Andrews (who managed a good 12.2 with a slipping clutch!!), but who didn't stop there, but provided help and support to the entire IMOC team, (fixing batteries, helping with oil, providing a helmet). It was great to have a company/tuner involved like all the 'big' teams do!! They even provided cakes on Saturday night, :clown:

They did look a bit knackered at 9.30 Sunday night though. :P
