Hello & thanks to all at JAE

Post by Tiamat »

Just wanted to put up my own post to say hi and thanks to all those I met over the weekend, was the best JAE yet. Trees, beer, lack of sleep, rain and a really good crowd. Was nice to feel a real communal vibe (except when anyone stood between Enis and food - not so friendly  ) and was nice to meet so many people over the weekend. So really just to say hi to and apologise if I didn't get to say goodbye to:

Dutch contingent - good to see you, hope to return the favour and get to Holland
Turbo Dragon - hoped you enjoyed yourself mate
Neil Turbo - Give Si a beating next time!
[SIG] - Si, hope you enjoyed the cake mate
Jinxy - Mad as a box of frogs - MOO! :clown:
Toni, Anna, Alex, Chris, Mark, Kim (booster seat?) , Enis (the unblinking eye), Lauren, Kuma, Lauren (t'other one), Mark, Frank, Tom, Garrick, Jo, Redeye, Son of Redeye, Stu, Philster, Earl (thanks for the photo!), John, Harry and all the others - apologies if I missed any names.

Really was the best year, there were a few problems and a few gripes but overall I think the co-operation between the clubs was fantastic.

Ok so I ate a lot. I brought with me so much food for everyone but no one seemed to want any. Frank had a meesly 2 burgers. I had to devour the rest or all the succulent meat would have gone to waste!

Man am I feeling it now though!

Again, after your cheap shots ;) . My headguard spun on my head making me unable to see. Instead of allowing me the curtesy of getting up and sorting it out you kept punching. So I had to take you down and pound you

I'm sure you remember be letting you up a few times. I expected the favour to be returned :D

Great fun though, was dizyy for ages afterwards though pmsl.

Took me a while before I found this section :D

It was a blast, we had such a great time that we will sure be back next year. The admosphere was great, everyone was so nice.
The event was also more then we expected.

And the English weather was a different experience ;)
