Sunday 3rd of September. (if this date is no good because of other Big events taking place please let me know)I think the best time for everyone to be there would be about 3 oclock.
So this gives you saturday to wash your car and sunday morning to deal with the hangover from the night before. 
This gives everyone 1 month to sort out whether they are going or not.
It also gives me a month to get my MR2 back on the road woo hoo we are 90% complete. We had a good turn out at the last meet and i would like to see some more people & cars. 
So the plan is we all meet up at the Caldicotte Arms pub.
