Haynes Manual Mk2 MR2 - does it exist?

Does anyone know if a haynes manual exists for the mk2 Mr2, I can't seem to find one anywhere?

Unfortunatly there isn't one available.

You can buy an Electronic PDF Version from Ebay etc.

There is also a online version kicking around somewhere, it's not all available however.

nope it doesn't exist . You'll have to but a service/maintenance cd from ebay or maybe from one of the members here....

Haynes website says: "We do not, and have no plans to publish manuals for this vehicle in the future. " so I guess not.

It might also be more Toyota friendly to also make you aware that dealers can sell you a complete set of workshop manuals, all the info and part numbers for these are here:

I have two sets and they are really nice to sit and read when you are bored

I used to sell the CD manuals you'll find on ebay and still flog one or two via my website - they are very good and really cheap these days, handy to have as well as the paper copies. Be aware that the actual manual data takes up very little disk space so try and buy a CD that is filled up with other useful stuff.

Also to point out that these cd's do not focus on the NA 3SGE engine mr2, just the 3SGTE (turbo) and 5SFE (American NA).

i bought one of those ebayones for £1, but i cant say its very useful - at least not for me, i bought it as a guide to chnaging a body panel.

Workshop manual for rev3

i remember that I asked a Toyota dealer for a rev 3 3SGTE engine workshop manual. Same engine as the ST205 Celica and a late 3S-GE engine manual with a turbo supplement manual. Basically the parts guy told me that this is how they worked on the ST205s. Helped a great deal when I needed work on my old Rev 3. was too nice and loaned it to a customer and never got it back!!

BTW if you want a down to earth Toyota parts guy in the South, then you should try Simpsons Uckfield and ask for Steve. Top bloke and has no problems with imports.
