Ok peeps,

Last year we had a few comments saying that our stand looked like a car park :( . So this year we have been working on a layout to make it look a lot better. Unfortunately due to the changing size of our allocated plot and the numbers wanting to attend it hasn't been possible for us to post up a plot layout until now. Anyway this is what we roughly have planned:

Image

It will all be finalised tomorrow and marked out with marker paint.

So a plea to the early arrivers on Friday: Please park along our plot edge, to the top and to the right of this diagram. This means that we will be able to mark out the plot properly and make it NOT look like a carpark!

Once it is marked out we will have some IMOC car parking attendants directing you to where you should be.

You won't be allowed the punto onto the stand proper, but there is general parking. Ask the organisers when you get there about getting in to get on the club stand and they'll tell you want to do.

The colours are for each club. Red is IMOC, Blue is mk1, Green is ROC. If you look closely enough (ok, i can cheat by zooming in on the cad file) they are actually mk1 cars, mk2's and mk3's also ;)

Sorry, wont be coming to JAE

Post by juliankv73 »

Hi,

After many many long hours being put in by peterSbits, my car threw a spanner in the works and wont be finished in time for JAE.

As it still needs to be sorted then it has to go to Rogue after, so my car is a not going anywhere at the mo.

Please can you remove my name from the list...

I will attend the next event, but sadly not JAE. Sorry peeps

Cos i couldn't be a**** to do the lot ;)

IMOC and mk1 are the most space pressured so i needed to make sure we'd all fit...
