At last with the weather looking a bit better, got round to applying some more gloss protector to the car:

Good job!

Is that the polish that's recommended for darker coloured paintwork?

I used the High Gloss lacquer on top of the Super Resin polish but didn't give me the desired effect on a red car. Worked well on my previous black car though.

Well the car had a coat of the Ultra Deep Shine Polish (the stuff for dark paintwork - black label) about 3 weeks ago - it has since been washed and this application was the Max Gloss Protection (gold label) stuff. :D

The combination of the two looks awesome, extremely deep shine, practically a mirror finish as you can see. 8)

Do what i do, use the colour magic stuff first, then about two or three coats of super resin, that brings red up lovely!! although i think mine is a darker red than yours. still nice though.
