I found a TRD engine for MR2 on the american ebay?

but if you can afford $3800 minimum, go for it, lol.....

Im pretty sure that trd engine were built using HKS parts

Well since TRD but HKS blueprinted engines in some of their cars I'd probably agree with that. :-k But I have seen 'TRD' pistons which were clearly HKS in a TRD box...so maybe that's what the guy has.

Suely the import costs would make the engine to costly, not to mention the duties you would pay on top of delivery to UK

Isn't that an engine from the Toyota Atlantic series? I've seen a few of them knocking around on the US ebay....

Last year was the final year Toyota supplied the series, I think its a Mazda engine they are using now (Just a bit of useless background!)

That engines been around a few hands in the USA by the looks of things. Its the 4th time its been on eBay in a bout a year! Its the real thing, but will probably last less then a 1000 miles on the road!

i think he just is being pessamistic. Looks gr8 if you can afford get it.

Ermmm...do you know what a 503E is? Firstly it will be undriveable on roads and will not last even a few thousand miles...not many race / endurance type engines do.
