Just had a few bits n bobs done to mine at The Garage and saw this getting a Rogue CC kit fitted. Just wondering who it is and how the power gains are??! :D

Glad you posted this mate, i'm in the process of getting the bits together for a CC and while i am quite happy fitting the radiator etc i'm not really too sure about wiring the thing in so its nice to know i have somewhere local that will be able to do anything for me if i get stuck.

Cheers

Cool, glad to be of assistance! :)

They had a bit of a nightmare fitting it all. It took WAY over the estimated time due to a few nippy little things. It's all done now though and seemingly the guy's over the moon with it! I just want to hear it from him. Marc at The Garage wants to compare inlet temps with mine and his to see the difference with the ARC IC to the CC set-up. Should be interesting and i'll post the results up. I'll get my 9" SPAL fitted prior to that though!
Marc's well clued up on the 3SGTE, which is always nice to find!

My bumper is off anyway so fitting the rad shouldn't be a problem but i may take you up on your offer when it comes to wiring it all in.

Cheers

Hi,

The Grey revision 3 is mine.

I don't know what the power gains are yet - but the car seems a lot faster!

It will be interesting to compare the CC to your intercooler.

Hello! :D

Ah, cool! I was starting to think you maybe weren't a member on here! :)

Yeah, once my car's back on the road I'll be getting the temp taken for comparison. Unfortunately, on the drive home from The Garage, I noticed I had a bit of an oil leak which was leaving a smoke trail behind my car. I'd got to the end of the M8 before I noticed, but had been getting flashed and tooted at from when I joined it! DOH! #-o Turns out, after my oil n filter change (plus other wee bits n bobs) there was a fault with the seal at the bottom of the filter AND the dipstick! I got my downpipe fitted aswell, so the dipstick mounting had to be removed. Super eh!
So it's off the road again.

Glad you're noticing a difference with the CC! You've got a nice, clean car there! :D

Keep in touch and i'll let you know when I get the facts n figures!

Cheers,

Your the guy Marc was talking about then! - Please keep in touch it would be really good to compare the intercooler to the chargecooler!

Sorry to hear about your car! - Is the car badly damaged?

Cheers

Yeah, I've got the ARC IC fitted. Done with my own 2 hands might I add! What a bu**er!! ](*,)

I called Marc today to get an update on when he's getting my car sorted. He doesn't seem to know. To be honest, I've been really cool with him about it all, but it's always me doing the chasing! I haven't had any calls from him keeping me posted, even promised calls. Hmm... :-k

Anyway, I will let you know when it's running and I've got some temps to compare. I'll hopefully have the SPAL fan fitted for it too. \:D/

We shall c....

Oh, and just to add, it's not damaged in any way, just the lack of a seal and one that's leaking, so just a leak. It could've caused damage if all the oil had leaked out though! It wasn't coming out too heavily, luckily for me!
