but yes you are right Rory (refund of the difference if we get 25cars) - it's easier this way incase:
a) we do not get the numbers - so only have to search for people to make up 20 places

and

b) tring to get extra cash out of you lot would be nigh on impossible

No-one will get refunded on the day as Frank is not going to have wads of cash on him to dish out. If there is a refund due, then it will be sorted later because it will involve paying out monies.

Why not just limit it to 20 cars, first come, first served and erm, thats it really.

Ive paid now too. Good old credit card Hopefully 25 cars can come along. Im sure IMOC can be trusted though to refund our £8 if only 20 people come though

I've had experience of organising 3 Essex Rolling Roads - each one was massively oversubscribed - including reserves.. each time on the day we had less than the max amount of cars able to run.

I think Lauren is right (shocker ! ) - first come, first serve ,20 cars for £40

they expressed an interest - i listed the names so people could see what sort of numbers and who was interested.
