KPH Speedo's on Turbos...

Post by Davey001 »

Suppose I were to buy a tubby after getting exceeding bored with my N/A, and it had been used in the UK previously, the speedo should be in MPH not KPH if it has been converted for the SVA test should'nt it? :-k

110 MPH (180Kph) dials are easy to fit (you can get from Halfords)
So why stick with Kph only?

My mk1 sc is still in kph and i like it that way!
Doesn't take long to get used to it.

The problem i have heard before is that the mph converter is usually out anyway,I know that Pete Mason who has a mk1 sc is about 10 miles an hour out,so i think you are better off with the kph once you learn it!
