Hi, stupid question I know but thought I'd better check before breaking anything :)
Does the small front light cover (the one by the indicator) just pop off; need to replace the bulb

thanks

Yes it does, you'll need to pull the unit out towards you and with a bit of force it should come forward and out.
The indicator and sidelight have a sort of fixing which loosely attaches them to one another so both will probably 'pop-out'
They click back into place easily enough too!

Hi,

I've had to change my side lights a number of times now and I've discovered an alternative to popping off the front cover.

The problem with removing the cover I find is that it is a pain to get off and to put back.
Also it never seems to re-fit properly once it has been removed for the first time due to the plastic clips getting stretched whilst easing it off.

If you have small hands ;) my alternative is to raise the main light and then unscrew and remove the plastic side casing.
This will leave a gap through which you grab and untwist the side light bulb holder.
You can then replace the bulb and twist it back in.

Simple \:D/

Thanks for that mate.
I managed to get the cover off eventually by using a screwdriver and levering it out.
I'd agree with you that the cover does seem a bit loose now so will definitely give your method a go next time i have to change a bulb :D
