yeah. the cat and fiddle is rated as one of the most dangerous roads in the uk. to be fair so long as you drive sensible you wont have a problem. its also supposed to be heavily policed but i have never seen any police on there. its a 50 limit and its not very often you hit more than 50 anyway.

the a54 which run down the side of the cat is just as fun if maybe a little bumpier but is national speed limit and doesnt suffer from police patrols.

went out for a drive yesterday and got some test footage.

the first part is the section which links the a38 with cromford cutting out matlock and matlock bath. the last section is a really nice bit of road which we will be doing in the first leg in the opposite direction. i had a really clear run as you can see although it doesnt look like im going that fast.

ill make the videos on the actual run better quality and get rid of the vibration from my telescopic lense aswell.

Come on folks get your names down..... Next weekend will soon be here :P We had a bigger turnout last time and the weather was really bad then, this time we should have some fantastic weather (T-tops off) and a better route.

There will be plenty of video footage being takin so if you want to get your car on film this is your chance.... Don't miss out on this, it really is a good afternoon out \:D/

Come on get into the spirit  :thumright: :afro:

Oh and on a side note, my videos are better than the ones hicks does :eye: ..... Bloody rookie :P

My parts for the 200 still haven't arrived

So it looks like I'll be there in the Starion again, unless the parts turn up this week, in which case I'll probably be lying under the 200 with spanners and stuff. It's looking doubtful they will arrive in time, so I'll not remove my name from the list just yet :thumleft:
