- even though the heavens opened now and again.- thanks for a superb day which ended in the Pub at Corbridge. Got home around 8.00pm and did 170 miles in total.& Joanne Gave my car a chance to open up her pipes and show me what she's made of!! Unfortunately, due to the rain, we never got a chance to see Tony's skills as the BBQ king and had to settle for a pub meal instead!! Smashing day, good company, look forward to the next one!! Thanks to Mac for arranging this and those hardy souls amongst us, who defied the weather and got on with it!! The old MK1's, flew along the lanes and did us all proud. Impressed - you bet!! =D> =D> =D>- GUTTED! i was getting geared up for it all week then she decided to break down again yesterday!! Well chosen roads Mac. Im going back up there by myself so I can throw my car around a bit. Devastated about the BBQ but what the hell. Great company, some more new faces belonging to more nice people.
