What have you done! I thought you sorted out that BONCE of yours referring the rear back to standard and getting the Departure!

OMG! REV1/2 lights..................

   :D

HAHAHAHA - Craig my friend. Keep the Veilside when you get the Departure :) Put the REV3 lights back in and everything will be sound as a pound!

All that effort and you still have a cheap ass caravan club foglight on the back

I preferred the old lights and I'm still not a fan of the Veilside bumper but I raise my hat to you for once again displaying your almost womanesque habit of changing things constantly :)

i have both inside rears wired up as the rear fogs.
all 4 lights are on by default as well, and all 4 get brighter when you brake!

looks sweet!

Jim,

Have you had any problems getting through the MOT with that config?

was just refering to the fact that you 'should' have dedicated fogs to pass the MOT. Obviously its not a problem though. I'm gona be doing my lights this weekend, and was gona put a switch between the inner and outer brake lights to turn off the inners for the MOT. I probably still will just to be safe!

well, not exactly!

The issue (not that I think it is really a problem) is that the fog lights, i.e. inner lights for you, should not be shared by the brake lights as well. It is fine to use them for sidelights as they are much less bright (only 5W compared to 21W), but not for brakes. Therefore, I was planning on installing a switch between the inner and outer brakelights to turn off the inner brake lights when the MOT comes up. Phew................!

Personally I don't see there is much difference but its pretty easy to engineer in a switch and diode anyway..........
