just about had enough of getting a wet ass, getting the silicone sealant out next time its dry
rod guides wont fix this problem before you say, its not the seal thats leaking its the join where the rod goes in to the a pillar

tis nice and dry today so gonna give it a go
is normal bathroom sealant going to do the job ok or is there something thats is specific for this type of application?
I would personally go for an outdoor type sealent. A marine one would be good, and you can also get them in black.
Used for boats and other type things.

i had the same issue with mine leaking, i used black silicone and made a gully on the front of the t bar surround, so the water id directed down the window rather than down the joint, it worked well for me, i also put some on the pillar between the glass and the front pillar, just in case any water managed to bypass my creation! hope this helps a bit Cheers M
