Its been done to death, do a search rather than starting a new thread
Mk1's for the old.... Mk2's for the young and good looking ..... Mk3's for The old, for the gays, for the hairdressers or for people with money.

Na i'm just playing.... Ya takes what ya like regardless of age sexual prefrences or looks.... Just make sure you enjoy what you drive and ya cant go far wrong..... I'd luv to have all 3 mks of mr2's but being me i just dont have the money.... I like the mk1's not so keen on mk3's there to modern. Oh i'm 26 by the way
Ok to save a fuss. I'd say (and I think most would agree) the mk1 is now classed as a Classic car? "Generally" clasic car enthusiasts are older. But not limited.
MK2's are fairly priced and insurable to younger drivers so generally attract them. Especially speed freaks as the mk1 and mk3 don't really compare to tubbies.
Mk3's for people with a bit more money who wanna pose with the roof down
