As an over all thing I reckon your bang on. But of any ones into lightweight track cars then I reckon they'd go mk1.

Actually that raises an important question for me...being a complete noob. Was 99 the last year these were made? Also I have seen lots of reference to rev1, rev2 and rev3...but yours is rev5. Whats the last "rev"...'cos I want one.

'Made'.. hmm. not sure - but SOLD - it was year 2000 (in UK)... any registered after that in this country would be beacuse they were left in a field, back of a dealership - or a muckup on import (DVLA regestering them the year imported rather than year of manufacture).

Rev5 was the last revision of the Mk2 made, yes.

but hardly ANY over here as nowdays your need a full vehicle document as the car is under 10 years old.

if you find a genuine import rev5 turbo in the uk for sale - expect to pay a massive premium for it (at the moment at least)..
