Isn't zymol that incredibly over priced, over hyped stuff? something like £40 a bottle or some mad price like that!



I don't spend that much time polishing cars, though i use Carnauba wax when i do.

I have used autoglym a lot in the past, though i heard it was quite abrasive?

Yeah it finishes well no doubt about it. Its just i heard it does cut the paintwork (obviously not loads or like t-cut).

We all had a demonstration at Tatton a couple of years ago from DT Concours:

A load of us on the Mr2 stand bought all the DT concours stuff after Paul Moores was bowled over by it. Have to say its very good and does seem to give a longer lasting finish than autoglym.

I use Autoglym Super Resin polish followed by Meguiars Gold Class wax to seal it.

Swissol wax every time as I hate the white deposoits left after resin polish from autoglym

Autoglym for me too......... I put on a layer of Super Resin Polish last August, and then put on a layer of Extra Gloss straight after

Since then I've just 'topped up' the extra gloss every 2 months......... gona do it again tomorrow weather permitting
