My Yellow 2 - with new clothes!!

Post by Yanni »

At last I have got around to sorting out how to post pics and thought I'd post some of my 2 after finally fitting the side skirts, front end, rear splitters, spoiler, lights and other bits (Thank you Patrick =D> ) and taking her for a new lick of paint!! Not sure what you guys and gals think, but me....I'm well chuffed - even if still yellow!! \:D/

Looks amazing, except........

Lexus lights suck and i reckon the rear panel would look better yellow rather than black. :P

Yeah - see where you are coming from.....but personally thought it looked better with the black centre panel (for now anyway!!) - breaks up the yellow a little and goes sweet with the blackened roof. As for the lights, I know they aren't everyones cup of tea either, but if we were all of the same thoughts....(I've also still got my rev 3 lights, just in case!!)

Thanks for the comments though, either way, its nice to know what other think!!

Nice, I reckon that's the best I've seen Lexus lights look, too - they so very nearly 'work' there, especially with the black center panel.

Wonder what it'd look like spoilerless with rev1 lights, though.. Hmm...

I reckon even if you keep the lexus lights, you really need to colour code the centre panel.

See, I reckon it's the black center panel that makes the lexus lights look not bad at all..

We're all different, hey ;)

I know that :P ](*,) ;)

But what I meant was - 3SFEs were 'plain' cars.. bright yellow & black (bumblebee!) and bodykitted hardly counts as 'looking like a 3SFE', does it?

Now, if it was red, and had no front fogs, no bodykit, and an NA engine lid...
