I was pootling along in my mates corsa (mr2 is in a garage for some minor things).

Sorry mate, I just checked and I was on the M1 much later, oh wells. Plus just read your post again about it being a rev2, mines a rev1 with re3+ rear lights. (Mines also dark green but in the right light some have mistaken it for black.
He's still out there somewhere.
