Putting pictures on your postings

Can anyone explain to me how i put a picture on my posting please.

dead easy and there are buttons to help you to the right of where it says message body when you type a reply or post a new message.

Do this by clicking on the 'Img' button then paste your link then click on the Img button again (second time you do it it has a '*' to indicate thats its the end of the link:
