Are IMOC having our own area this year? or squeezing in with Mk1 club owners?? Wouldn't mind throwing a bit of cash in a pot if that what it took to have a nice get-together....

Maybe sort out who wants to RWYB, Show, Camp and just get tickets?

I'll have a full car (me and the missus) so wont be able to car share this time

Have contacted the organisers re: this.

Basically I need to tell them how many cars will be attending and how many people will want to camp.

Never been to this myself, any ideas on numbers people? :-k

Ok, we’ve provisionally booked a 20 car stand for IMOC. This will be next to the MR2Mk1Club stand so if you’ve got split loyalties, don’t worry, park in the middle!

These numbers can easily be changed. At this stage the organisers cannot tell me whether the stand(s) will be on concrete or grass. If you want to camp on the Saturday night before the show let me know. If we’re on concrete you’ll have to camp in the general camping area and not on the stand (obviously  )

You'll need to buy your own tickets. Tickets are available in advance from the Santa Pod Ticket shop. Please note there is a £1 booking fee, making the total advance ticket price £13, as opposed to £15 on the gate.

Anyone wanting to be on the official stand will need a club pass and will need to PM me their address, so I can send it out.

I'll have some of this.

IIRC MR2OC had a section in Oct 2004 and there were WAY more cars than 20 there...

If you're coming add your name to the list...what another club has there is no concern of ours!! If we get more than 20 we'll expand it, if we don't no problemo!

I've booked 20 cars for the MK1 club stand next to IMOC with the plan to have both clubs sharing space if needed, so don't worry if the list gets a bit full, as the MK1's are a bit short on numbers

I'll be dragging (no pun intended) Mrs Nige and some friends along to this, although I doubt if the tubby will be going up the strip.

Is there a layout plan for the stands and stuff? Santa Pod's grassy areas turn into swamps amazingly quickly so I hope we get some space on the concrete! :)
