Scumball Rally

Post by Duisberg »

Hi, just wondered if this event would be of interest to any MR2 fans - www.scumball.co.uk. ?

Basically, its a cheap long weekend jaunt to the ring. This idea is "1000 miles, in 1000 minutes in a £1000 car". This is a charity thing, so the entry costs are very low, and no-one is making a profit as it is organized by enthusiasts like us. If you are interested, email me, or better still, check our the site www.scumball.co.uk . There will be lots of cheap old exotica there - 205s, golfs, Beemers, Capris etc, and if I find a local rust-free one in time I will be running an MR2 MK1.

If you are interested, check the site. If you simply want to help me raise funds for my nominated charity - Friends of Chernobyls Children (see www.focc.org.uk), please get in touch. Thanks.
