Was thinking of 19th Feb if that suits everyone??
thought as the normal monthly meet will be on the 15th we might be able to sort out payments for Tom ( my son who works there) to take up for us while we were there. The deposit is non refundable and unfortunately, at £25 per head my budget aint gonna cover me for this one to pay upfront for us all 
Tom was suggesting a mini endurance race
£25 per head would probably be the best one for us. Each race will consist of 6
- 8 drivers and includes a 10 lap qualifyer, positioning into race order depending on lap times and then a 45 lap race. The more that apply, the more races there will be as 8 is the limit on track at any one time. Everyone is welcome to stay to watch the other races from the balcony which has a good view of all the track.Minor refreshments are available from the reception.

We need 16 but if there is over and above the numbers wanting to come, then we can arrange extra teams
Please note that there are no driver changes or breaks on this type of race.

***UPDATE***I can now confirm that the track is booked for
19th Feb at 2pm We need to be there 30 - 45 mins early to get kitted before the race. Each race lasts approx 35/40 mins in totalA non refundable deposit of £10 per person will be required by Friday 3rd Feb with the remainder being required before or no later than 15th Feb please.Thanks again Rhon
