I'm really hoping my new quick release steering boss turns up before the weekend... I can't drive the car at the moment as the aftermarket boss is too short and my hands hit the indicator stalk! ARGH!

Got a few jobs to get done before sunday:

Underseal rear wheel arch where it was cut back for the tyre
Re-fit arch liners + plastic undertray
Find a spare wheel!
Figure out a way of keeping the engine lid closed (SC lid on a non-SC car)

The 2 guys in MK2's who are coming up from West Yorkshire and meeting us at Scotch Corner, just to let you know we will wait for you if you aren't there at 10.15am but I think you will, its about 45 minutes from where M1 meets A1.

Brian, us north east bunch are meeting up at the Scotch Corner hotel on the A1 for 10am.

Its 25 miles between Charnock Richard and Forton services, so about 30 mins, allowing for 'stuff'

So 10:30ish at Forton. Then 50 miles to Penrith, at MWay speeds allowing for traffic, and of course more 'stuff' about 45 mins.
