Garage uploading pics broke?

I can't add a pic to an existing modification (that didn't have a pic).

Nor can I replace the existing pic to an existing modification.

Nor can I remove a pic from a modification.

I had trouble adding a picture to my gallery recently. Just got a blank page after clicking the Add New Image button. It eventually worked after I shrunk the picture down quite a lot, but the original was within the size limits.

Don't mean to hassle, but it's no working yet.

Can't even remove the 'duck' picture I added to my mods (remote image).

I got my pics working in the garage now.

I used smaller resolution pics - I never got a message telling me they were too big (resolution or filesize), just got a blank page!!! And the ones I tried a few days ago were no bigger than some of the pics I've got in the garage already

Anyway, the 'remove image' didn't work for me
