There's nothing worse than bracing for the horrible grinding noise you know is inevitable!
A place not too far from me do fantastic Alloy wheel repair including alloy welding spraying etc.
I took a'very' badly kerbed wheel in which had a 1" long chunk missing.
3 days later it was ready for collection and looked brand spanking new at a respectable cost of£50.00

On a side note I've had my wheels just over a year and I'm UNBELIEVABLY careful not to venture near a kerb, there absolutely spotless after a whole year and something I'm quite proud of.
Anyway had new tyres fitted yesterday and it turns out one of the wheels is buckled!!
WTF??> New wheel time
