as above our new monthly meeting place has been comfirmed as t
he nissan sports and social club within the nissan plant grounds. We have access to a massive car park and the social club were there is a licenced bar for any of your passengers!! and a warm place to go if its raining!
just to confirm this is a JAP ONLY event
there is also a strictly enforced 20mph speed limit on-site so please act sensibly. We are going to be aiming for holding the meet on the 1st sunday of every month, starting times will change as the lighter nights come in so please check back on our forums www.japtuner.co.uk/forum for all the upto date infomation on each meet.
As we have been give access to a massive car park we are inviting members from all jap car clubs to attend in the hope that this will become a regular meet for all of the true 'jap enthusiasts' of the north east, so please help us to make this grow and spread the word

Thanks japtuner

Yep, my son works on the line there, so told me all about it!! (wind turbine) I wonder if Nissan are feeling the pinch lately, as they are allowing dog shows to be held at the same venue now?? Wonder what they charge for that?? Evening Chronicle running a story tonight (Tuesday) about the launch of the new car(s). Good exposure for the North East, with the announcement of up to 1,000 new jobs. Well done Nissan. =D> =D> =D>

The sports and social has always been there and been able to hire for events, mostly gets used for wedding partys, engagments that kind of thing(the pub bit) and theres always sports stuff going on, I think people are just becoming more aware of the fact that you can hire it

I will put the battery on charge and weather permitting will be there. If so, fancy meeting up for a bite of lunch before hand?

If you ever tasted my cooking mate you would lok for excuses to eat out also

Seriously though, just thought it would give an opportunity for a get together and maybe influence some others to turn up. After all, we all know Gayle is very fond of her sunday roast at the pub so that should temp (order  ) Graeme out for the meet. Reminds me, I must drop Stu an e-mail to find out what he is up to with his car, and besides it will give you an opportunity to tell me all about your new mods JJ.

This is looking promising weather wise. I am working on my car on Saturday but should be back together in the afternoon ready for Sunday. For lunch there is actually a pub that is suppose to do good food right near the entrance to Nissan works at the old aircraft museum. Cant recall what it is called but will find out.

Yeah, take the sliproad signposted 'Nissan Offices', first left, follow the road and take a left at the the traffic lights, for the 3 horseshoes its left at the next roundabout, and for the meet its right atthe same roundabout(or straight over if you're coming out of the 3 horseshoes)

Hope to see you's there 8)
