Set aside a whole day mate. If the calipers are in full working order you should breeze it! If you lived closer I'd come and give you a hand.

As above mate, although the easiest way to push the pistons back on the fronts is to use the old pads!

Just use a thick screwdriver, and lever the pistons back using the old knackered pads to rest against.

indeed keep the old pads then use a c clamp to push the pistons back in, less effort and no spearing hand with screwdriver when it slips

Hey Jim didn't I do your fuel filter at 3S not so long ago? They last quite a while.

And yep pads shouldn't be a problem, just don't wait til they're metal on metal to change them! ](*,) *cough*Liberty*cough*

yo peeps, all went well with the pads, first corner took a while, but once i knew what i was doing, other side only took 15mins....
C clamps were great for the pistons, they held in by themselves no problems (thank god)....
old pads still had a good 2-3mm left on them, but started to make funny sound, hense why i changed them, new pads at the front now changed that. just need to bed them in a bit more, but no funny sounds, woohoo....
cheers for the tips....
