Interesting :-k You appear to have a hybrid car - later wheels, skirts and spoiler but earlier interior!

Cheers guys.

You know it's worrying when the newest car in your household is 19 years old! :)

The MR2 was restored by the previous owner, with a write off car donating it's plastic bits, wheels and rear arches - so I'm assuming that's why it's got the different bits'n'bobs on it.

I do think the interior is the funkiest one I've seen - much better than the 1980's taxi-cab dark blue (just my opinion - don't wanna offend any dark blue lovers out there! ).

The 1977 daily driver Capri only has a 1.6 engine ... the green one is getting a 5 litre V8 ... should be good for 350bhp & over 400lb/ft. :)

Cheers mate ... Wouldn't ever be without my old schools Fords. :)

And I'll pass on the message to the missus that her MR2 looks a bit tidy.

Old wives tale ... a Ford Mustang 8" rear axle and full x-frame axle location kit are more effective! :)

Cool rides! :thumleft:

Capri's have more uses than just their front struts and rear axles then

Nah ... Capri related I tend to stick to:

Heard a lot of good stuff about OSF - but don't really have enough hours in the day (or enough brownie points saved up) to spend any longer on assorted car forums. :)

Cheers - escorts are cool.

I wanted an escort - but ended up with a Capri. That meant my car was 150kg heavier but my wallet was £1500 heavier!!!
