rev2 tubby running with map sensor?

Post by Fonzy »

During the process of labelling all my pinouts of my old rev2 ecu last night, i noticed a pinout for a map sensor??????????????????????????????????????????????? rev2 ecu remember ?????????????? now i am as with all other car related stuff a complete novice but i was sure that only rev 3s run off a map sensor! ? :? could it be as simple as using this pinout with rev3 map sensor then dump the airflow meter???????????????

Sorry if this is a plain stupid quetion!

gen1/2 do have map sensor, its only used to initiate the boost cut and work the factory boost gauge though, its that little thing with the electrical connector and hose in it next to the diagnostics box ;)
